Any person above the age of 18 (eighteen) years can become a member.
Each member will be given a separate account number. The member number must be mentioned in any transaction or correspondence related to the account.
To become a member of Touch One Land and Developer Limited, an initial minimum deposit of 1000 (one thousand) Taka is required.
No depositor will be able to withdraw money before 2 (two) years, if he wants to withdraw money after 2 (two) years have passed, he must give 30 (thirty) days written notice.
The general profit paid by Touch One Land & Developer Limited on the lowest balance between the 6th and the last date of each month will be credited to the depositor's account in the months of June and December of each year.

I fully understand and agree to abide by all the above-mentioned terms and conditions and hereby grant full authority to Touch One Land & Developer Limited to invest my deposited funds in accordance with Islamic Shariah.
